A little about me…

Welcome! I’m Elise—so glad you’re here.

I’m originally from London and now live in beautiful New Zealand 🏔. And you know what? I’ve been where you are. Sure not right where you are, each of our journeys are beautifully unique!

But I know what it’s like to feel so burnt out, caught in a never ending tired but wired cycle where I couldn’t get my head above water long enough to take a breath. I knew I wanted more from life. I wanted adventure, to start my own business, to move and live somewhere new. But day to day?

I just had absolutely no energy or headspace to do it. I was at my limit (well…past it truth be told). Working insane hours in a fashion job in London, commuting super long hours, caring for a family member who was terminally ill. I was running off stress and couldn’t see a way out.

But I promise you, there is.

There is a life where you can wake up each day feeling full of energy. Where you feel not only excited about what’s possible for you but where you actually have the strength, energy and headspace to make that a reality. To take the big bold steps you need to take.

You can start that business, go in on that side hustle, change careers, carve your own path, make big shifts in life. It’s all completely possible for you.

When we nourish our bodies and minds, healing and fuelling them with good food & movement, & support our nervous system so it doesn’t feel burnt out, but ready for adventure? A life of freedom, joy and balance really does exist.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and have studied all things wellness from breath work, nervous system regulation to stress & recovery. This along with my own journey and experience, years in the health and wellness industry has given me a powerful holistic toolkit that gets my clients the most amazing, transformational results.
