What can i expect to get out of coaching?
We get results from what we do consistently. Not from unsustainable short term fixes or transformations that we can’t keep up. So coaching with me is about building strong, healthy foundations that will keep you flourishing and thriving well after we stop working together.
You’ll finish coaching with daily/weekly habits and routines that mean you are always filling your cup, nourishing you nervous system and ultimately becoming more resilient to life and the challenges (good and bad) that come our way. You’ll leave with better energy, a more balanced and calmer nervous system and importantly the tools, skills and resources to keep going on your journey.
I value your time, I know life is busy, so my program is designed to get you results efficiently without adding to your mental load. I make sure the journey there is enjoyable and full of wins along the way so it’s just adding value all round!
Do you do meal plans?
I value your time and money too much to waste it on writing you a meal plan you likely won’t follow long term anyway (who would want too!). I much prefer to spend our time together working on achievable and sustainable ways to reach your goals that will be truly health promoting. This may involve discussing how you can meal plan working with your likes, dislikes, budget, what’s available to you and who else you eat with etc. This empowers you with knowledge and skills so you can work out something that actually works long term for you and that fits your lifestyle and importantly taste buds!
How long do clients usually do coaching for?
The minimum commitment is 3 months and my program is designed to get you results in 12 weeks. However, health and well-being is a not a sprint but a journey. I also offer coaching in 6 or 12 month packages (discounted price for longer commitment). Depending on where you are at we can chat about this before you begin and make sure we are choosing the duration that best suits your goals and outcomes.
can i cancel anytime?
Commitment of 3 months is needed. This is not to trap you! It is because getting impactful and lasting results that truly transform your energy and bring you to a place of balance where you can thrive, takes time. I don’t want to short change you by saying I we can get you there in a couple of sessions. We make things simple, impactful and enjoyable layering new habits and learnings along the way so the program can fit seamlessly alongside your busy life. Much better than throwing the kitchen sink at you and hoping something sticks (you’ve tried that already right?!) or worse you paying for a few sessions and then not getting a return on that investment. 3 months ensures you are guaranteed to get results if you follow the program and engage in the process.
i’m pretty busy is this going to be loads of new things i have to do and rules and restrictions?
Definitely not I promise! We layer changes on bit by bit in a manageable and sustainable way. Brick by brick we build strong foundations. This is all about adding value to your life, giving you more energy and capacity to do what brings you joy. No restrictions and rules just connecting in with ways we can replenish and restore your energy From there we can blossom and thrive!
