  • I completely respect this is an investment of both your time and money. So I absolutely wouldn’t want you diving in without all the info you need.

    The best next step is to fill out an explore coaching form. It gives you us a chance to connect, for me to find out more about you and ultimately to see if I am the right fit for you.

  • You want results. I want you to get results. And the truth is any health and wellness changes take time. So to make real, lasting change and positive impact you need to be able to commit to 3 months. I like to keep things simple, easy and enjoyable and not throw the kitchen sink at you leading to more overwhelm.

    3 months gives us the time to get you great results. Many clients go on to do a further 3 months they find it flies by and brings so much value!

  • Simply put no. It will take engaging in the process and committing to change. I can show you the way and support you but I can’t do the work for you. BUT I have designed this program to fit into driven and ambitious women’s lives. So I keep everything simple, easy, actionable and efficient. Put a little in and get a lot back in terms of your energy, mood and capacity to enjoy and live life to the fullest!

  • This is super important because there are a lot of unqualified people out there (especially on social media!).

    Rest assured I take it very seriously that people are trusting me with their health. I have two nutrition coaching qualifications from Precision Nutrition and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and am a Level 5 Personal Trainer and Advanced Health and Fitness Coach.

    I am currently doing further study becoming a Sleep, Stress and Recovery Coach through Precision Nutrition so I can support my clients even more and I am also a Certified Breathwork Coach.
