Feeling burntout? Try this Energy Reset Checklist…

If you're finding your energy is a little...well....flat lately, and you just don't feel like you have the same spark as you once did. You are not alone.

Running a business takes a lot of energy. We are always doing, learning, growing, wearing 50 hats at once and often we are the sole drivers of bringing our vision to life.

It's not for the faint hearted that's for sure!

You aren't the faint hearted though are you {{ subscriber.first_name }}. You are brave, you want to carve your own path in life, you are a free spirit who wants to take big bold action and create the business of your dreams.

Right now, you just need a little lift and boost to help get you that "wake up refreshed and ready to dive into the day" kinda energy back!

So I want to share with you this Energy Reset Checklist...

It's based off my 3 pillars of wellness from my coaching method ‘The Empowered Energy Approach’

Replenish- things that top up your tank and fill your cup like nutrition, movement and connection.

Restore-things that encourage deep rest and time to recharge.

Remove- getting rid of what drains out energy!

These combine to give you a holistic approach nourishing your body and mind and are key to getting the vibrant energy you so deserve!

ENERGY RESET CHECKLIST

Read through below and see what areas you are missing and where you are already winning!

🥗 REPLENISH

✔️ Eating a balanced and nourishing breakfast (that has proteins, complex carbs and fats) to fuel your body and mind for the day ahead.

✔️ Hydrating first thing and being mindful of hydration throughout the day.

✔️ Getting movement in every single day. That might be intentional exercise (gym, run, fitness class, yoga, pilates) or daily movement (a walk, wind down stretch, hitting a certain step count each day).

🧘‍♀️ RESTORE

✔️ Spending time daily (even if just for 3mins!) on something deeply restorative like breathwork, mindfulness, time in nature or whatever activity you personally find most down regulates and calms you.

✔️ Taking time once a week to deeply rest. A long walk in nature without your phone, a 30min Yoga Nidra session, a nice warm bath.

🌿 REMOVE

✔️ Spending 30mins to 1 hour every day without any technology

✔️ Setting clear boundaries around your time (your free time should never be mistaken for your available time- protect your energy and don't let anyone try and negotiate with you around what you need for your mental well-being).

Our energy isn’t just affected by one thing. So there isn’t just one fix

That’s why in my coaching I always take a holistic approach and work with clients to support all 3 pillars.

That is how you heal the root cause of burn out and low energy. It’s how you get lasting, sustainable and transformational results.

I sometimes have clients come to me and say they are doing everything they can but still feeling drained and wiped out. Often, it’s because one or more pieces of this puzzle are missing.

Together, they build strong foundations. If one brick is missing? You are eating great, moving lots but not focusing on rest (as an example) then your energy levels aren’t going to be optimal.

Pick 1 or 2 areas MAX to focus on for the next few days and start to see your energy and mood lift in no time!

Remember- small action can create a huge positive ripple effect so don't underestimate the power of making simple changes!
